OUR MISSION STATEMENT: To work with unemployed people of all ages who want a career in the lift industry by providing bespoke training leading to full time permanent jobs, helping them get qualified & experienced, assisting them with self-employment and ultimately supporting them to start their own businesses.
Social Learning Centre - backed by Training Centre Direct and an assortment of lift engineering employers - provides training courses leading to jobs. We have over 60% of our intake going straight into full time permanent jobs in the lift industry.
Our vision is to provide 10,000 lift engineering jobs or apprenticeships in the UK. We will do this by influencing the right decision makers, sourcing funding from organisations who share our passion and developing fruitful partnerships with everyone.
We also support up to 700 lift employers and have over 150+ testimonials from clients and trainees who have passed out with us.
