Happy Lift Trainee (MD)

Michael, 21, worked as a barman and waiter before he came on our new lift engineer training course in July 2013, he was originally not in work and registered as unemployed.

On my lift training course, we built a lift control panel and took part in some learning to help us get a job.

I had around 8 or 9 job interviews, and Social Learning Centre helped me with talking to the lift employer, and I'm happy to say that I have got a full time job with a lift employer.

This new job is really good as I am now learning about new lift installations and I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't get the help and job interviews from Social Learning Centre.
